Program Details

Welcome to the Joieful Referrals Program! We value you, our customers and want to reward you for spreading the word about our products and services. Our referral program allows existing customers (Referrers) to share their unique referral code with friends, family, and colleagues, giving them the opportunity to receive discounts on their orders.

Referral Code Generation: A unique referral code will be generated and assigned to each existing customer who wishes to participate in the program. This code will be associated with their account and can be found in their Joieful Referral Welcome Email.

Referral Sharing: Referrers are encouraged to share their referral code with their friends, family, and colleagues via any communication channel they prefer, such as social media, email, or word of mouth.

Referred Customer Benefits: When a new customer (Referred Customer) places their first order on our website using a Referrer's unique referral code, they will receive a 10% discount as a welcome gesture on their first order.

Referrer Benefits: For each successful referral, the Referrer will receive a 10% discount on their next order. A referral is considered successful when a new customer places their first order using the Referrer's unique referral code.

Placing Orders: Orders must be placed on our website, either through the store or the custom cake order form also available on the website. The referral code should be entered during the checkout process for the discount to be applied. At the checkout on the store please enter the code in the discount field. At the end of the “ Custom Cake Order Form”, enter the code in the field titled discount/referral code.

Tracking Referrals: We will track the usage of referral codes to identify successful referrals.

Referral Code Limitations: Each referral code can only be used once by a Referred Customer. Unless explicitly stated, the referral code cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotions.

Modifications and Termination: Cakes of Joie reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time. In case of program termination, Referrers will be notified in advance, and the benefits earned through successful referrals up until the termination date will still be valid for redemption.

Fraudulent Activity: Any fraudulent or unethical activity in relation to the referral program, including but not limited to creating fake referral codes, will result in the disqualification of the Referrer from the program and the forfeiture of any earned benefits.

Program Eligibility: The referral program is available to existing customers who have made at least one previous purchase with us or on our website thereafter.

By participating in the Joieful Referrals Program, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this policy. We reserve the right to make changes to this policy without prior notice.
