Terms of Service

Each order will be confirmed by phone or google meet. During this time, specifications for each cake order and delivery location and time will be discussed for those made outside the cake order form. A 50% down-payment is required to confirm cake orders. After which, the order will enter into production. Given the nature of our operations this may take anywhere between a day to 3 days on variety cakes, namely cake cups, etc. and 7-21 days on whole cakes. Please be advised that all cakes are customisable. The prices quoted are the base prices.
